RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
All stays are prepaid: 50% of the value in the act of booking and the remaining 50% maximum in the 14 days prior to check-in.
Payments must be made through the secure payment system SiteMinder Payments offered on our website .
For bank transfer payments, bank details for transfer must be requested via email info@quintadapintassilga.pt and proof must be sent by the same way.
In case of non-regularization of payments in the 14 days prior to the check-in date, payment by credit card at check-in may be possible. However, Quinta da Pintassilga reserves the right to cancel the reservation by sending the respective notification by e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be formalized by email to info@quintadapintassilga.pt and indicated in the subject along with the booking reference.
The following penalties apply:
Without penalty (full reinbursment ) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if there remain at least 60 days to check-in .
Cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the stay.
Cancellations within the 30 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 100% of the stay.
No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.
If the reason for the cancellation is related to Covid-19, a voucher will be offered to be used on a date to be agreed upon. Proof of the reason for the cancellation shall be priorly sent.
RULES FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: Between 4pm and 8pm on the day of arrival
Check-Out: up to 1 one hour of the day of departure
The arrival time must be previously communicated in order to allow the organization of the check-in and the delivery of the key. In case of arrival before check-in time, luggage storage is possible.
The housekey and gate control must be returned at checkout.
Failure to release the house before the check-out time will incur in one night’s fine.

The price established presupposes the occupancy as indicated on the website :
Casa do Armazém: 4 people
Casa dos Caseiros: 4 people
Casa das Oliveiras: 2 people
Occupancy with additional guests must be communicated by email to info@quintadapintassilga.pt.
Casa dos Caseiros and Casa das Oliveiras have a sofa bed with a capacity for two people.
It is possible to provide extra beds.
An extra fee of 75.00 € per night is applied for each additional guest.
PETS
Pets are not allowed
PARKING
Free parking is available at Quinta da Pintassilga. Guests must respect the indicated parking spot.
RESPONSIBLE USE
It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the good use of the house and condition, as well as all its equipment and furniture.
Any damage incurred must be communicated immediately.
Upon checking-out, the guests are expected to leave the houses properly and cleaned.
TRASH
There is no garbage collection.
It is the responsibility of the guests to separate the garbage according to the type of waste, as well bringing it to an appropriate ecopoint garbage collection area.
POOL
The swimming pool is unsupervised and of common use by all guests and owners.
The pool can be used between 8:30 and 20:00.
The use of the pool must be made in a careful and respectful way, with respect for other users and safeguarding the rules of social distance.
Due to its low depth, dives from the surrounding platform to the pool are prohibited. Races and games that increase the likelihood of incidents are also not allowed.
The stay on the raised platform of the pool should only be done during the access to and from the pool; the stay for sunbathing must be done exclusively in the surrounding area for that purpose or in the private solariums of each house.
Children must be accompanied by responsible adult.
Quinta of Pintassilga disclaims that any incidents that may occur in the pool for misconduct of its guests and / or non – compliance.
DUTY OF GOOD CONDUCT
It is the duty of our guest to strictly comply with the Law of Silence, that is; from 10 pm everyone has the right to absolute rest.
Use only the designated parking space
Make rational use of water and electricity consumption, as well as the use of the equipment at your disposal
Parties are not allowed
Comply with the rules for the use of houses and common spaces.
The owner reserves the right to, in situations considered to be serious faults, resort to the cancellation of the stay.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints or recommendations must be communicated as soon as possible.
An official complaints book is available.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Quinta da Pintassilga and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to or from the properties. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.
